What is the Mushe WiFi Reseller Network?
It lets you buy Mushe WiFi bundles at a discount and sell them to customers in your community, all from the Mushe Reseller Portal on your phone. It is run by Telco Broadband & Beyond.
How do I become a reseller?
Tap Become a Reseller, enter your name, email and mobile number, then confirm the PIN we text you. Your application then goes to our team for review.
How do I sign in once I'm approved?
Sign in with your mobile number and the PIN we sent you by SMS.
How do I top up my float?
From the portal, with EcoCash or InnBucks. You receive the full credit but pay less for it. The difference is your tier discount.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier grows with your activity over each 12-month period, and each tier up gives you a bigger discount. Your dashboard shows your cumulative spend, your current tier and exactly how much more unlocks the next one.
What if my customer isn't on Mushe WiFi yet?
Add them while you make the sale. Enter their number and they'll receive their WiFi login PIN by SMS.
Which currencies can I sell in?
USD and ZWG. Your float is kept in both, and you choose the currency for each sale.
